Recently, the 3750Nm³/h hydrogen station expansion and filling project of Jiangxi Lanhengda Chemical Co., Ltd., which is under the EPC general contracting of Shandong FTUNEX Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., has successfully passed the joint commissioning. Currently, the work of process pipeline purging, airtight experiment, pressure testing, nitrogen replacement, and device commissioning has been fully completed, marking a phased achievement in the project construction and laying a solid foundation for subsequent production and operation.

This project adopts a 9-tower design. The feed gas is pressurized to 1.75 MPa by the compressor unit and then enters the PSA adsorption tower for adsorption, which increases the purity of hydrogen to 99.999%. The product hydrogen is pressurized to 22 MPa by the diaphragm compressor and filled into the tube bundle vehicle through the manifold, achieving the integration of the entire process from purification to filling. This technical solution has several significant advantages: the system has an operational flexibility of 40%-110%, which can flexibly adapt to fluctuations in filling demand; the equipment occupies a small area and has low operating power consumption, which can effectively save operating costs for customers.

During the project execution phase, FTUNEX Environmental Protection leveraged its long-accumulated technical expertise and mature engineering experience in the field of PSA pressure swing adsorption to quickly assemble a dedicated construction team, which was fully responsible for on-site coordination and implementation. The team scientifically decomposed the overall project into 8 key nodes and 24 subdivided links, focusing on the main construction line. They systematically advanced the entire process from equipment installation, pipeline welding and laying, to electrical instrument installation, system interlocking and debugging. Through refined construction management and efficient team collaboration, the project successfully completed all installation and debugging tasks, ultimately achieving the goal of system interlocking and debugging.

Upon completion, the project will provide a stable and reliable source of high-purity hydrogen for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and industrial hydrogen use in the surrounding areas. This will enhance the regional hydrogen energy supply capacity and support the promotion of green energy applications.
