Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. In March 2023, it was renamed as Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., Ltd. After more than 20 years of development, it has become a comprehensive company with strong technical capabilities, complete professional equipment, and the ability to provide engineering consultation and design, as well as engineering general contracting services.
The company has 218 employees, including 36 senior engineers, 72 engineers, 1 doctor, and 18 masters. There is 1 first-level registered architect, 6 first-level registered structural engineers, 5 first-level registered construction engineers, 4 second-level registered construction engineers, 13 registered chemical engineers, 7 registered general equipment engineers (including 1 for water supply and drainage, 2 for HVAC, and 4 for power), 2 registered electrical engineers, 3 first-level registered cost engineers, 6 registered consulting engineers. During its development, the company has built a design team with high technical level and rich practical experience, capable of undertaking engineering design, plant start-up, engineering consultation, and technical services for specialties such as petroleum refining, petroleum product deep processing, inorganic chemicals, organic chemicals, fine chemicals, biological chemicals, construction, and others.
The company has now obtained Class A qualifications in the chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries; pressure vessel design qualifications; GA1, GA2, GB1, GC1, GC2 types of pressure pipeline design qualifications; metallurgical industry's coke and refractory materials engineering Class B qualifications; environmental engineering design special qualification for water pollution prevention and control Class B; engineering consulting unit Class B credit certificate, and has obtained ISO three system certification.
At present, the company has completed 360 engineering consultation projects, involving the chemical, pharmaceutical, and construction industries; 3000 engineering design projects, involving chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, coal chemical, coke and refractory materials, water pollution prevention and control industries; 2000 safety evaluation projects, covering petroleum processing chemical raw materials, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries, coke production and supply industry, housing and civil engineering construction, warehouses, mechanical equipment manufacturing, light industry, textiles, and many other industries; and has received 186 design awards.
