Ftunex and Baotailong are striding forward in the field of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles
Recently, our company learned from Qitaihe Baotailong New Energy Co., Ltd. that after inspection and testing by a third-party organization, the hydrogen produced by the company complies with the quality index requirements of GB/T37244-2018 "Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell Vehicle Fuel-Hydrogen", becoming the first company in Heilongjiang that can produce hydrogen for fuel cell vehicles.
The samples submitted for inspection this time come from the Baotailong hydrogen purification project. In this project, the PSA hydrogen purification equipment provided by our company has advanced and reliable technology, high degree of device automation, simple maintenance, high resource and energy utilization, and process flow in different processes. It has significant characteristics such as strong adaptability and relatively low production cost under various conditions, and can provide clean and green energy for hydrogen buses, hydrogen heavy trucks, etc.
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the green transformation of development mode should be accelerated. Promoting green and low-carbon economic and social development is a key link in achieving high-quality development. Based on my country's energy resource endowment, we insist on establishing first and then breaking, and implement the carbon peaking action in a planned and step-by-step manner. As a secondary clean energy with development potential in the 21st century, hydrogen energy is an important path to achieve deep clean decarbonization in many fields, and is also a major strategic direction for the global energy technology revolution and transformation development.
At present, domestic industrial hydrogen production mainly includes three methods: electrolysis of water, fossil fuel hydrogen production and industrial by-product hydrogen. Among them, industrial by-product hydrogen has the advantages of low cost and abundant resources. Using industrial by-product hydrogen as raw material to produce hydrogen for fuel cell vehicles can effectively reduce the cost of hydrogen for fuel cell vehicles. This is also a feasible and cost-saving large-scale preparation path for hydrogen for fuel cell vehicles at present and in the future.
In the future, based on the advantages of technological innovation, our company will be open to cooperation, actively explore and deploy the hydrogen energy industry, and accelerate the construction of a closed-loop hydrogen ecological industrial chain of hydrogen production, hydrogen storage, hydrogenation, and hydrogen use. In dual carbon management and control, clean utilization of coal, We will increase efforts in hydrogen energy utilization and other aspects to enable the company to develop sustainably and greenly, meet the development strategy of converting old and new kinetic energy and the high-quality development needs of new energy in the new era, and strive to build the company into an industry-leading new energy and new materials company.
