"Hydrogen" is ready - Ftunex Environmental Protection helps the 1,600-ton annual capacity hydrogenation station to be successfully put into operation

Under the guidance of the "dual carbon" goal, the development of hydrogen energy has become one of the important ways to improve the energy structure. It is reported that on January 6, 2022, the first phase of the hydrogenation mother station project of Tianjin New Hydrogen Energy Development Co., Ltd., supplied by Shandong Ftunex Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ftunex Environmental Protection"), successfully completed a 72-hour operation test. The first phase of the hydrogenation mother station project put into production this time has a production scale of 2,000 standard cubic meters/hour and an annual output of 1,600 tons of high-purity hydrogen. The project was successfully started at 15:38 on January 4, 2022. After the raw gas was purified by the PSA device provided by our company, the output purity can reach 99.999% and above, meeting the high-purity hydrogen index requirements and hydrogen quality index requirements for hydrogen fuel cells. It is understood that the project is an important part of the construction of hydrogen energy industry infrastructure in Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone. It can not only provide qualified, stable and reliable hydrogen sources for hydrogenation stations in Tianjin and surrounding areas, but also provide hydrogen source support for the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei fuel cell vehicle demonstration city cluster.

As an effective path to promote "carbon peak and carbon neutrality", the development of the hydrogen fuel cell industry has entered the fast lane. The "Medium- and Long-Term Plan for the Development of the Hydrogen Energy Industry (2021-2035)" promulgated in March 2022 proposed: By 2025, the number of fuel cell vehicles using hydrogen energy will reach about 50,000, and the amount of hydrogen produced by renewable energy will reach 100,000-200,000 tons/year. Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles will be popularized in areas such as buses and logistics. It can be seen that the hydrogen fuel cell industry has huge market potential and broad development prospects.
As an upstream link in the hydrogen energy industry, hydrogen production is the basis for ensuring the smooth operation of the hydrogen energy industry chain.
