On September 1, 2023, Huang Xiaoqiang, General Manager, Huang Zongying, Deputy General Manager, Guo Xiuli, Manager of the Business Department of Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafei Engineering"), held talks and exchanges with Wang Han, Chairman, Tan Jianbao, Deputy General Manager, and Wang Senlong, Secretary of the Chairman of the visiting Indonesian PT.Kartika Prima Abadi Company (hereinafter referred to as "PT.KPA") in the company's conference room

At the meeting, Wang Han, Chairman of PT.KPA, and Tan Jianbao, Deputy General Manager, introduced the trial production of the 100,000 tons/year asphalt project, and proposed solutions and suggestions for shortening the separation time and increasing the output of the 400,000 tons/year oil sand separation unit (Unit 201) that has been put into operation. The two sides actively discussed and exchanged ideas. Huang Xiaoqiang, General Manager of Huafei Engineering, affirmed PT.KPA's plan and proposed specific optimization measures. Finally, the two sides reached a consensus.

Wang Han, Chairman of PT.KPA, highly praised the efforts and contributions made by our company in the design of the first phase of the 100,000 tons/year asphalt project. He also said that PT.KPA plans to take advantage of the opportunity of Indonesia's capital relocation to expand the plant's production capacity to 300,000 to 500,000 tons/year as soon as possible, and hopes that our company can give the greatest support. In order to achieve this goal, we have made full preparations to jointly explore the most effective solution. We believe that through our joint efforts, we can not only bring greater economic benefits to PT.KPA, but also gain a larger share in Indonesia's asphalt market.
