On November 27, 2023, the design follow-up team of the Hainan Branch of Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., Ltd. went to Sinopec (Hong Kong) Hainan Petroleum Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hong Kong Petrochemical") to carry out design follow-up work, carefully check the problems existing in the design and the rationality and standardization of design changes, check the work of the design representative and the handling of design changes, and require strengthening the tracking and investigation of design quality, strict design change management, and effective control of engineering costs.

During this period, our company's follow-up team held discussions with the owner, supervisor and on-site construction personnel, exchanged views in depth on the problems that occurred on the site, responded to the problems that need to be solved on the current construction site one by one, and made a summary and analysis of the follow-up service work. Through this design review, our review team comprehensively formulated improvement measures based on the on-site situation to make the design follow-up service and design change management more standardized and orderly, effectively promoting the deep integration of the construction party, the design party and the construction party, and laying a solid foundation for the standardized development of the next stage of work.
