Ftunex Environmental Protection Helps Tianjin New Hydrogen Energy Refueling Station Phase II Project Successfully Put into Production
Recently, the second phase 7000Nm³/h hydrogen purification device of Tianjin New Hydrogen Energy Development Co., Ltd. hydrogenation station, which was contracted by Shandong Ftunex Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. under Ftunex Group, was officially put into operation and successfully produced high-purity hydrogen with a purity of up to 99.999%. The project can directly and indirectly reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 24,000 tons per year.

As a key construction project of Tianjin Bohai Chemical Group in 2024, this project is located in Tianjin Hydrogen Energy Industry Demonstration Park. It is another masterpiece of Ftunex Group after the successful cooperation in the first phase of Tianjin New Hydrogen Refueling Station Project. The project device has the characteristics of long process and complex process. It integrates advanced processes such as oil removal, dust removal pretreatment, dehydration, deoxidation, rough desulfurization, fine desulfurization, PSA hydrogen purification, and analytical gas pressurization. These processes ensure the output of high-purity product gas and improve the utilization rate of resources, which can meet the design requirements. In addition, the device can simultaneously process synthetic ammonia low-temperature methanol washing raw materials and propane dehydrogenation tail gas raw materials. The dual PSA can be operated in parallel or separately to meet diversified production needs.
