Ftunex environmental protection promotes the smooth operation of the hydrogen purification unit expansion and transformation project
Recently, Shandong Ftunex Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ftunex Environmental Protection") learned from Ningbo Kingfa New Materials Co., Ltd. that its PSA hydrogen purification unit expansion and transformation project is currently running well. The project is an EPC general contracting project of Ftunex Environmental Protection, with a hydrogen purity of 99.999%, and all indicators fully meet the contract and design requirements. After the successful commissioning of the device at the end of August 2023, it was successfully accepted in February 2024 and has been running smoothly so far. This is another masterpiece of our company's environmental protection hydrogen energy integration EPC project！

The project has a designed gas production capacity of 8000Nm3/h, a hydrogen purity of 99.999%, and the raw gas is the tail gas of the propane dehydrogenation unit. After the feed gas compressor is pressurized, desulfurized, and purified by the pressure swing adsorption device, the high-purity hydrogen product is obtained and sent to the polypropylene unit and the hydrogen filling section, which can be switched for multi-purpose use. The PSA analytic gas is sent to the analytic gas compressor and compressed to the downstream fuel gas pipeline network.

Based on the renovation project, the Ftunex group needed to dismantle the existing facility and bury new underground pile foundations. The underground structure of the original device was complex, and the construction period coincided with the height of summer, and the hot and rainy weather brought a severe test to the Ftunex group. After strict deployment and reasonable process configuration, the Ftunex group formulated an excellent engineering plan and completed the project construction work efficiently. From piling foundation excavation to pouring foundation earthwork backfill, from steel structure installation to pipeline engineering anti-corrosion and thermal insulation, from installation lighting to stand-alone test run and linkage test run, our company only took 4 months, which not only refreshed the construction period record of EPC project, but also won unanimous praise from the owner!
