From November 11 to 15, 2024, Hainan Branch of Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafei Engineering Hainan Branch") organized all employees to study the "Unified Regulations on Sinopec Engineering Construction (Refining and Chemical Part) Project" (hereinafter referred to as "Unified Regulations on Refining and Chemical") in Haikou Office, which mainly includes the design principles and technical standards, safety and environmental protection requirements, occupational health and energy conservation requirements of various specialties.

In this publicity and study, the company's leaders emphasized that the refining and chemical engineering design project must comply with the national industrial development plan, safety and environmental constraints, as well as energy-saving and low-carbon requirements, and take into account factors such as resource conditions, market demand, and economic benefits. At the same time, all professional designers are required to conduct in-depth discussions and summaries on the opinions of owners and design deficiencies collected this year in combination with the unified regulations of refining and chemical industry.
