Recently, Shandong Huayi Chemical Co., Ltd.'s 200,000 tons/year isobutane dehydrogenation and its supporting project hydrogen filling part - pressure swing adsorption hydrogen extraction system, successfully completed the acceptance. The system was designed and supplied by Shandong Ftunex Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., with a hydrogen degree of 99.999%, realizing efficient recovery and deep utilization of hydrogen.

The core device of this project is a 7000Nm³/h skid-mounted pressure swing adsorption (PSA) device, which adopts advanced rotary valve and 6 adsorption towers. The entire device has a compact layout and occupies an area of only 27㎡. The device uses an electrically driven rotary valve, which can greatly reduce the equipment failure rate compared with the traditional pneumatic switch valve, ensure the stable operation of the device, effectively avoid the economic losses caused by shutdown and maintenance, and provide solid guarantee for the production and operation of the enterprise.

It is worth mentioning that the products of this project meet both the high-purity hydrogen standard of GB/T 3634.2-2011 and the high-quality requirements of fuel hydrogen in "Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell Vehicle Hydrogen". The successful operation of the project, on the one hand, has laid a solid foundation for Shandong Huayi Chemical Co., Ltd. to enter the hydrogen energy industry; on the other hand, relying on upstream and downstream supporting industries, it has achieved a deep integration of hydrogen energy and equipment application, promoted the formation of a closed loop of the entire industrial chain of hydrogen production, storage, transportation and use in the region, and injected strong impetus into regional economic development.
