The New Energy Design Professional Committee of Heilongjiang Survey and Design Association unveiled its plaque at the Oilfield Design Institute and held its first technical forum
On July 6th and 7th, the first technical forum of the New Energy Design Professional Committee (hereinafter referred to as the New Energy Design Professional Committee) of Heilongjiang Survey and Design Association was held at the Technical Exchange Center of the Oilfield Design Institute.
The conference invites leaders from oil fields, provincial and municipal housing and construction departments, provincial survey and design associations, domestic experts and scholars in the field of new energy, China University of Petroleum (East China), Northeast Petroleum University, important member units of the association, production units of oil fields, and brand enterprises in the field of new energy, totaling 110 people to attend.
The meeting is divided into three stages. The first stage is the unveiling ceremony of the New Energy Design Professional Committee; The second stage is the first technical forum exchange activity; The third stage is the exhibition of new energy products and technical exchange activities.

Liang Ning pointed out in his speech that the new energy business is an important chapter in the development and continuation of oil fields. Daqing Oilfield takes the "dual carbon" goal as the main line and integrates new energy business into its main business development. Like focusing on oil and gas business, it accelerates the layout of new energy industry development, and with a pioneering attitude, it has created "multiple firsts" records in a short period of time.
The provincial department and association's keen insight has provided the oilfield design institute with a broader stage for display. Daqing Oilfield is duty bound to actively create favorable conditions and fully support the design institute to become the vanguard and main force in the development and application of new energy technology in Heilongjiang Province, making positive contributions to the development of the provincial and municipal new energy industry. At the same time, three hopes were put forward to the Oilfield Design Institute: firstly, to inherit and carry forward the Daqing spirit and the Iron Man spirit, and to effectively build the New Energy Design Professional Committee with a solid work style, promoting the innovative development of new energy technology in Heilongjiang Province; Secondly, we need to closely track cutting-edge technology and accelerate the promotion of scientific research and achievement transformation in accordance with the strategic layout of "application generation, research and development generation, and reserve generation", to create a new energy business system throughout the entire chain; The third is to focus on the construction of a new energy talent team, further enhance professional capabilities, and provide more comprehensive technical support for the development of new energy business.
Zhang Baowu pointed out in his speech that the research, development, and utilization of new energy are the main battlefields of the future energy industry. As a province rich in coal and oil resources, Heilongjiang Province should "establish first and then break through" and vigorously promote the construction of new energy. As the only "Double Comprehensive A" design institute in Heilongjiang Province, the Oilfield Design Institute has rich talent reserves and work experience. We will strongly support the development and research of new energy in the Oilfield Design Institute. We hope that the Oilfield Design Institute can strengthen exchanges and cooperation with major universities, combine theory with practice, and make new and greater contributions to the development of the new energy industry in Heilongjiang Province.
Huang Shufeng pointed out in his opening speech that the establishment of the New Energy Design Professional Committee will create a new platform for the survey and design industry in Heilongjiang Province. It has significant and far-reaching implications for improving the level of survey and design of new energy projects, promoting innovation and application of new energy related technologies, building a talent team for new energy survey and design, strengthening the technical support and service capabilities of the survey and design industry in the field of new energy. I sincerely hope that the committee can gather various forces under the name of new energy, complement each other's strengths, promote coordinated development, and jointly create an innovative highland for the research and application of new energy technologies. Li Tiejun stated that the Oilfield Design Institute will definitely live up to its trust, using a sound organizational structure, sufficient knowledge reserves, and advanced new energy technologies to fully ensure the smooth progress of the work of the professional committee; Fully leverage the advantages of integrated design and research, adhere to our core business, focus on oil fields, serve Longjiang, and make every effort to develop new energy technologies such as photovoltaics, wind power, residual pressure and heat, CCUS, hydrogen energy, and carbon asset development. We rely on the three major development directions of "efficiency, green, and intelligence", fully support the efficient development of new energy businesses in provinces, cities, and oil fields, and do our best to provide technical support and services to sister units.
At the meeting, 9 technical experts in the field of new energy conducted technical exchanges on their respective research areas. Five new energy brand enterprises will showcase and exchange their respective products.
