The 8th National Hazardous Chemical Safety Knowledge Competition has come to an end, and Yulin Chemistry has won the championship
On October 26th, the final of the 8th National Hazardous Chemical Safety Knowledge Competition of Yulin Chemical Cup was held in Yulin, Shaanxi. Six representative teams from petroleum and chemical enterprises from all over the country competed fiercely, and Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical Co., Ltd. won first place, marking the successful conclusion of this competition. The competition mainly consists of on-site quizzes on knowledge of hazardous chemical safety production, including mandatory quizzes, rush quizzes, timed quizzes, and team quizzes. Participants from each team unite and cooperate with full enthusiasm and high fighting spirit, demonstrate their skills, and achieve alternating increases in scores with intense tension, winning rounds of applause from the audience. In the end, the representative team of Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical Co., Ltd. stood out with a 2-point advantage and won the first prize. The representative teams of Hebei Weiyuan Biochemical Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Yan'an Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. also won the second prize. The representative teams of Lanzhou New Area Specialized and New Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., Shandong Lubei Enterprise Group Corporation, and Jinkong Jinshi Chemical Group Co., Ltd. Shijiazhuang Circular Chemical Park Branch also won the third prize.

China's chemical industry is moving from a "chemical powerhouse" to a "chemical powerhouse", requiring more high-quality employees to ensure long-term stability in production and operation. The safety knowledge competition has mobilized the enthusiasm of various enterprises for safety training, played an important role in creating a safety culture for industry enterprises, and achieved good results. The company always adheres to the big safety management concept of "hidden danger is an accident, violation is an accident, production fluctuation is an accident, and poor management is an accident", takes the protection of staff life safety and the realization of enterprise safety development as the starting point and foothold of all work, continues to focus on the "1+5+N" management mode, takes the "integration" construction of HSE management as the main line, focuses on building a dual prevention mechanism and strengthening the standardization of safety production, and deepens the "industrial Internet plus+safety production" action. The safety management work has gained some typical experience and highlights.

This competition is guided by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, organized by the China Chemical Safety Association, the Safety Production Office of the Petrochemical Federation, China Chemical News Co., Ltd., and the Yulin Economic and Technological Development Zone (Yushen Industrial Zone) Management Committee. It is co organized by Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang Circular Chemical Industry Park Management Office, Xuwei New Area Emergency Management Bureau, Lanzhou New Area Emergency Management Bureau, and undertaken by Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical Co., Ltd. Since its launch in June this year, the competition has received positive responses from enterprises in the petroleum and chemical industry. Over 60000 people from the entire industry participated in answering questions. After layers of screening, four semi-finals were organized in Yulin, Shaanxi, Shijiazhuang, Hebei, Lianyungang, Jiangsu, and Lanzhou, Gansu, and six teams were selected to participate in the finals. Nine units including Yulin Economic and Technological Development Zone (Yushen Industrial Zone) Management Committee, Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang High tech Zone Circular Chemical Industrial Park Management Office, Lanzhou New Area Emergency Management Bureau, Xuwei New Area Emergency Management Bureau, Nanjing University of Technology, Shaanxi Xinghua Group Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Beiyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd., and Huafeng Group Co., Ltd. won the Excellent Organization Award in the competition.
