The meeting held that the capacity of energy security and stable supply will be steadily enhanced in 2023. 2023 China will accelerate the pace of green and low-carbon energy transformation. The total installed capacity of the national scenery exceeded 1 billion kilowatts, and the main position in the new installed capacity of electricity was more consolidated, and the scale of household photovoltaic exceeded 100 million kilowatts, covering more than 5 million farmers. China provides a full range of VIB standard motor gasoline, leading the world in oil quality. It maintains the market for fuel ethanol and ethanol gasoline, and steadily carries out trials and demonstrations to popularize and apply biodiesel. The northern region has continuously improved its ability to provide clean heating, with a clean heating rate of 76 percent. It is expected that about 176 million green certificates will be issued throughout the year, and the total amount of green electricity traded will reach about 61.1 billion KWH, 7.8 times and 10.5 times of last year, respectively.
The meeting called for further promoting the energy revolution, accelerating the construction of a new energy system and a new power system, strengthening the construction of the energy production, supply, storage and marketing system, and pushing the high-quality development of energy to a new level from a new historical starting point.

Third, we should aim at self-reliance and self-improvement in energy science and technology, deeply implement the innovation-driven development strategy, improve the energy science and technology innovation system, strive to promote the integration of science and technology and industry, firmly carry out energy standardization work, improve the independent and controllable level of energy industry chain and supply chain, and strive to create an energy science and technology innovation highland.
Fourth, we must give play to the key supporting role of reform, implement the relevant work deployment on the construction of a national unified large market, actively promote market-oriented electricity trading, continue to promote the construction of the rule of law in energy, deepen the reform of institutional mechanisms in the energy field, and constantly improve the level of energy governance.
Fifth, we must focus on improving the energy regulatory system, improve and improve the energy regulatory system, innovate and carry out process supervision, digital supervision, penetrative supervision, and cross-departmental coordination supervision, increase regulatory efforts, and effectively maintain a fair and just market order.

Eighth, we should vigorously strengthen the construction of energy projects for people's livelihood, promote clean heating in the northern region, promote clean and low-carbon energy transformation in rural areas, improve the level of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and better meet the energy needs of the people.
