   In Yizhuang, Beijing is fully leveraging the advantages of being the birthplace of commercial aerospace and an industrial hub to build the "Beijing Rocket Street". More than 50 aerospace companies are gathered here, and the number of private rocket development enterprises landing here accounts for over 75% of the country's total.

In the high-tech field of aerospace, the dominant position of enterprise scientific and technological innovation has been strengthened, which is closely related to the suggestions and contributions of the representatives and committee members.

Flipping through a series of proposals with the keyword 'technological innovation', the representatives of the committee faced the problems directly, put forward insightful opinions, and submitted a large number of high-quality and constructive proposals; When it comes to technological innovation, the focus is inevitably on "enterprise technological innovation".

In recent years, with the promotion of representatives and relevant departments, the innovation force of technology-based enterprises has been continuously cultivated and strengthened, including the issuance of the "Notice on Creating a Better Environment to Support the Research and Development of Technology based Small and Medium sized Enterprises", the increase in the deduction ratio of research and development expenses for technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises from 75% to 100%, and the support for enterprises to lead the development of key industrial technologies.

In addition, the Ministry of Science and Technology has conducted special research to support measures related to enterprise scientific and technological innovation, implemented an annual consultation mechanism with the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and other departments, supported technology leading enterprises to form innovation consortia and undertake national scientific and technological tasks, fully played the role of enterprise "question setters", "answerers", and "examiners", and promoted technology leading enterprises to become an important force in China's scientific and technological innovation.

Developing people's democracy throughout the process is one of the essential requirements of Chinese path to modernization.
