Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Emergency Management on the Update of Dangerous Chemicals Business License and Non-pharmaceutical Precursor Chemicals Production and Business License
To all provincial, autonomous region, and municipal emergency management departments (bureaus), and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Emergency Management Bureau:
In order to further standardize the operation of hazardous chemicals and the production and operation licenses of non-pharmaceutical precursor chemicals, the Ministry of Emergency Management has redesigned the hazardous chemical operation license and non-pharmaceutical precursor chemical production license, operation license, production registration certificate, and operation registration certificate in accordance with the Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals, Regulations on the Management of Precursor Chemicals, Measures for the Administration of Hazardous Chemical Operation Licenses, and Measures for the Production and Operation Licenses of Non-pharmaceutical Precursor Chemicals, and added functions such as QR codes. The updated style and printing requirements (see Attachments 1 and 2) are now issued to you. The new version of the license and registration certificate will be used on January 31, 2021. Those who have applied before can continue to use the old version of the license or apply for a new version of the license.
