Huafei Engineering Pressure Pipeline Training Seminar
From March 7 to March 12, 2024, the Gas Equipment Professional Committee of the China Industrial Gases Association held the first training course for pressure pipeline design and approval personnel in Hebei Province in 2024 in Shijiazhuang. A total of 25 approval personnel from Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafei Engineering") (including approval personnel from Luoyang, Hainan and Anhui branches) participated in this training. The training content mainly focused on the GA, GB1, GC pipelines and pipeline stress and materials within the business scope of Huafei Engineering.

This training specially invited senior experts in the industry to serve as lecturers. They have been engaged in pressure pipeline design and research for a long time. Among them, the person in charge of GA teaching is Xu Li, deputy chief engineer of China Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd.; the person in charge of GB1 teaching is Song Ximing, an expert from China Municipal Engineering North China Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd.; the person in charge of GC teaching is Wang Jinfu, chief expert of Sinopec Guangzhou Engineering Co., Ltd.; the person in charge of pipeline stress teaching is Gao Guoqing, a stress analysis expert from China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd.; the person in charge of pipeline material teaching is Liu Jianxin, director of the materials room of China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd.
During the training, the lecturers carefully and systematically explained the design knowledge in related fields, shared their own experience in actual design, and pointed out common problems and precautions in design. The trainees of Huafei Engineering cherished this training opportunity very much. They not only listened carefully in class, but also used their spare time to ask experts for advice on problems encountered in design. Through this training, everyone benefited a lot, some questions lingering in their hearts were solved, and the overall design level was greatly improved.

After the training, all trainees participated in the computer-based test organized by Hebei Special Equipment Safety Supervision and Inspection Institute and Hebei Special Equipment Association on March 13. After three hours of intense examination, all personnel achieved excellent results, and the pass rate of the examination far exceeded the requirements of the auditors.
In order to further consolidate and improve the training effect and improve the overall design level, from March 19 to March 25, Huafei Engineering conducted internal training for the design and verification personnel who failed to attend the training on site. The approval personnel actively participated and conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the problems and experiences in the actual design. This not only deepened the designers' understanding and mastery of professional knowledge, but also helped promote cooperation and communication between branches.

This training provided designers with a valuable and good learning opportunity, which helped to improve everyone's level and ability in pressure pipeline design, and also strengthened the communication and cooperation between companies in the industry. Through the training, the trainees of Huafei Engineering gained a lot, not only improving their own design level, but also establishing good relationships with experts from various companies, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.
