Recently, the 500Nm³/h methanol hydrogen production and hydrogen purification integration project of Weifang Yuanli New Materials Co., Ltd., designed and supplied by Shandong Ftunex Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., has been successfully operated. After the intense and orderly work links such as hydrogen production catalyst filling, stand-alone commissioning, instrument commissioning, nitrogen replacement, heat transfer oil heating, catalyst reduction, PSA trial operation, etc., the device was successfully put into production and successfully produced high-quality hydrogen, and the product purity reached the design value of 99.9%, which is another exemplary work of the strong alliance between our company and Yuanli Chemical Group.

The project adopts the integrated equipment for methanol cracking and conversion of hydrogen production and conversion of gas pressure swing adsorption and hydrogen extraction designed and supplied by our company, and its design highlight is the technology of skid layout. Compared with traditional methanol hydrogen production projects, the equipment has obvious advantages in terms of floor space, energy consumption, product purity and yield, operating speed, product compliance capacity, and convenience of transformation and relocation. After the successful operation of the equipment, it can not only continue to provide high-quality hydrogen for customers' light stabilizer projects, but also provide a strong guarantee for the expansion of the customer's industrial chain and market competition.
