Breaking News: Shandong Haikai's PSA Unit for Waste Hydrogen Recovery Successfully Goes Live!
Recently, the PSA unit of Shandong Haikai Chemical Co., Ltd.'s 500,000-ton/year bio-based aviation fuel technical renovation and supporting project successfully commenced operation—producing qualified products with a recovery rate meeting design specifications—following a series of intensive works by our company, Shandong FTUNEX Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'FTUNEX Environmental'), including control system programming, program testing, adsorbent loading, equipment air tightness testing, nitrogen purging, and integrated trial runs."

"The PSA unit adopts a six-tower parallel operation design, where multiple adsorption towers work alternately to achieve seamless integration of adsorption and regeneration processes. This configuration optimally balances adsorption and regeneration cycles, leveraging precise pressure control to selectively adsorb and desorb different gas molecules, enabling rapid and efficient separation of target gases from mixed streams. Given the project's feed gas complexity—particularly its high content of C4+ heavy hydrocarbons—our FTUNEX Environmental team screened high-performance adsorbents and continuously refined the process, ultimately achieving hydrogen purity and recovery rates that meet industry standards."
"At FTUNEX Environmental, we consistently push the boundaries of technological innovation. This collaboration with Shandong Haikai Chemical marks a significant extension of our expertise in traditional PSA separation. During programming, we meticulously optimized control logic to ensure stability and reliability; in process design, we selected the most efficient workflow and adsorbent ratios to maximize adsorption-desorption performance while minimizing energy consumption. The project's successful operation validates our technology's adaptability across diverse operating conditions, offering an optimized solution for expanding industrial gas separation applications.
