The safety facility design review of the Haikeruilin Environmental Protection Upgrade Project was successfully passed
On September 12,2025, Dongying Haikeruilin Chemical Co., Ltd. hosted a review meeting for its hydrogen safety facility design in the company's conference room. Organized by the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, the session brought together experts, representatives from Dongying Haikeruilin Chemical Co., Ltd., and Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafei Engineering"). The review aimed to verify compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards, ensuring robust safeguards for the project's successful implementation.
During the meeting, the project manager of Huafei Engineering introduced the general layout, process design, and safety facility planning of the project. He emphasized potential hazards and risk factors during construction and production, along with the safety measures implemented to address these risks. Review experts conducted detailed evaluations of fire separation distances, compliance with public utility infrastructure, process flows, equipment selection, and safety facility design to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Participants thoroughly examined the safety design documentation and engaged in comprehensive discussions and assessments tailored to the project's unique characteristics.

During the meeting's discussion session, the review panel conducted an in-depth analysis of critical safety facility design issues. They provided constructive feedback on process safety, electrical safety, automation configuration, fire protection systems, and emergency rescue facilities. After implementing the recommended improvements, the project's safe operation can be ensured. Ultimately, the review team unanimously approved the safety facility design.
