The hydrogen purification system of the cyclohexane technology upgrade project of Dongming Xuyang Chemical Co., Ltd. has completed mechanical completion.
Recently, the cyclohexane technology renovation project of Dongming Xuyang Chemical Co., Ltd., which was contracted by Shandong Ftunex Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ftunex Environmental Protection"), has reached an important milestone - the hydrogen purification system has successfully completed mechanical completion and is now ready for material feeding and trial operation.

The device is not only a Ftunex xu Yang and environmental protection group to deepen cooperation and a landmark project, but also in cyclohexane, cyclohexanone, exhaust gas purification of caprolactam continued deep in the field of milestone. The project adopts a three-tower TSA design that has been precisely calculated, efficiently removing the complex components in the hydrogen-rich feed gas for cyclohexane dehydrogenation, providing a solid guarantee for the subsequent production of high-purity hydrogen. The PSA unit employs G4 double-valve design, significantly enhancing the processing capacity of the device. The hydrogen processing capacity can reach 10,000 Nm³/h, and the purity of the product hydrogen is as high as 99.999%, fully meeting the strict requirements of high-purity hydrogen for high-end applications, and achieving efficient recovery and high-value utilization of by-product hydrogen resources.
The successful completion of this mechanical construction marks that the project will enter the feeding and trial operation stage as planned, laying a solid foundation for the stable operation of the device and the achievement of product production and compliance standards.
