2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
North China Pharmaceutical Group Aino Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Aino Company) was founded in 1996 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of North China Pharmaceutical Group. It is mainly engaged in the development and production of raw materials and preparations for bio-agricultural and veterinary medicines. In August 2009, the State-owned Assets Management Committee of Hebei Province transferred 100% of the equity of North China Pharmaceutical Group Company to Jizhong Energy Group Company. Dozens of subsidiaries of North China Pharmaceutical Group, including Aino Company, have also been all transferred to Jizhong Energy Group. Aino Company is located at No. 31, Xingye Street, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. The company covers an area of 62618.1m2, with total assets exceeding 200 million yuan and an annual output value of 150 million yuan. The legal representative of Aino Company is Sun Yaohua, and there are 467 employees, including 97 managers and 370 operators. The company's main products are avermectin, ivermectin original drugs and pesticide preparations, all of which started production in 1999.
According to the safety evaluation contract signed between Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. and North China Pharmaceutical Group Aino Co., Ltd., the scope of this evaluation covers the plant site, general layout, production equipment, storage facilities, public works and auxiliary facilities, safety management, and other aspects.
Aino's production can be divided into three parts: avermectin, ivermectin, and pesticide formulations.
The production workshop mainly uses toluene, xylene, ethanol, petroleum ether, liquid alkali, hydrogen, thiourea, nitrogen, compressed air, chlorodifluoromethane and other dangerous chemicals. The main building (structure) buildings include: avermectin fermentation workshop, refining workshop; ivermectin workshop; liquid storage, comprehensive warehouse. There are 17 varieties produced in the pesticide preparation workshop, including 8 insecticides, 6 fungicides, and 3 herbicides. The production process is mainly mixing and sub-packaging.
