Huayu Special Gas Safety Facility Design Special Review Successfully Passed
On October 25, 2023, the special review meeting on the design of safety facilities for the 5,000-ton electronic special gas project (hereinafter referred to as "Huayu Special Gas") of Cangzhou Huayu Special Gas Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the Cangzhou Emergency Management Bureau. The review meeting invited the leader of the Emergency Bureau, Shan Hongyan, the review experts and Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafei Engineering") to participate in the meeting, aiming to ensure that the design of the project's safety facilities complies with relevant laws, regulations and standards and specifications, and provide strong safety guarantees for the smooth implementation of the project.
During the meeting, Zhang Ru, the project leader of Huafei Engineering, introduced the basic situation of the general layout and process introduction of the Huayu Special Gas project, emphasizing the possible safety risks and hidden dangers in the construction and production process of the project, as well as the safety facility design measures taken to deal with these risks and hidden dangers. Review experts Ma Yubao, Shang Xianyue, Fu Zhiyong, An Jiyan, and He Yubang conducted a detailed review of the background, process flow, equipment selection, safety management and other aspects of the project to ensure that the design of safety facilities complies with relevant laws, regulations and standards and specifications. The participants carefully studied the relevant information on the design of the project's safety facilities, and conducted a full discussion and evaluation based on the characteristics of the project.
During the discussion session, the reviewers conducted an in-depth discussion on the key issues in the design of safety facilities, and put forward constructive opinions and suggestions on fire protection facilities, emergency rescue facilities, electrical safety, etc. Although the design plan still has some shortcomings, it can ensure the safe operation of the project after improvement and optimization. Therefore, the review team unanimously agreed that the design plan passed the review.
In the final stage of the meeting, the review team conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility and reliability of the design of the safety facilities of the Huayu Special Gas Project. With the joint participation of industry experts and company leaders, the design of the safety facilities of the Huayu Special Gas Project successfully passed the review. After the meeting, Huafei Engineering Design will carefully modify and improve the opinions put forward at the expert meeting to ensure that the design of the project's safety facilities is more reasonable and compliant, providing a strong safety guarantee for the smooth implementation of the project.
