Improving employee capabilities and helping companies take off - 2023 pressure pipeline training
In order to implement and enforce the pressure pipeline specifications and standards and improve the technical level of pressure pipeline designers, Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., Ltd. dispatched representatives Shi Zida and Wu Guobiao to participate in the pressure pipeline training course held at the Hebei Special Equipment Training and Assessment Base. The training content mainly covers GA oil and gas pipelines, GB gas and thermal pipelines, GC industrial pipelines, pipeline material selection and stress analysis.
GA category: Teacher Zhang Zhenyong explained the relevant standards and specifications of oil pipelines and gas pipelines, line selection, regional grades, pipeline material selection and construction acceptance related knowledge.
GB category: Teacher Qi Weidong explained the common specifications for gas pipelines, gas pipeline design material selection and matters that should be paid attention to in engineering design. Teacher Wang Zhaotian explained the specifications for thermal pipeline design, pipeline laying requirements, pipe network hydraulic calculations, and thermal pipeline displacement and compensation calculations.
GC category: Teacher Li Jinfei explained the laws and regulations on pressure pipeline design, the content and depth of pressure pipeline design, gave examples of common problems in design documents, and finally sorted out the procedures for pressure pipeline design work.
Teacher Wang Xiaomin explained the material selection of pressure pipelines and the matters that need to be paid attention to in the material selection of pressure pipelines; Teacher Yan Zhanliang explained the basic knowledge and calculation of material stress.
Finally, Teacher Li Jincheng summarized the precautions for the operation of the pressure pipeline design and approval personnel examination platform and the examination answering skills, and explained the principles for establishing the examination question bank and the key points for answering questions.
All experts and professors shared their experiences in learning and work with everyone without reservation, which was easy to understand and wonderful. The comrades who participated in this training cherished this rare learning opportunity very much and accepted the training seriously, humbly and sincerely.
