"Hydrogen" works hard! Ftunex Environmental Protection successfully put into operation a 50,000-ton diisodimethylone project pressure swing adsorption PSA unit

Recently, the key equipment in the 50,000 tons/year methyl isobutyl ketone project of Anhui Zhonghuifa New Materials Co., Ltd. - the 4800Nm³/h pressure swing adsorption device - was officially launched for commissioning. The device was developed by Shandong Ftunex Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. Designed and supplied. The commissioning results show that the purity of the product gas produced by the device is as high as 99.999%, which fully meets the design requirements of the project. This marks a solid step taken by our company in the field of hydrogen purification technology.

 As another masterpiece of Jinzhi Group in the field of PSA process route optimization, this project adopts an advanced dual-PSA system design scheme. Among them, the first-level PSA is a pressure swing adsorption device with a processing capacity of 4800Nm³/h. It achieves efficient gas separation through a delicate pressure swing adsorption process. It is particularly worth mentioning that the analytical gas generated by the first-level PSA is cleverly introduced into the second-level PSA device after being pressurized by the compressor. According to the process selection, the secondary PSA device deeply purifies part of the product gas of the primary PSA with a processing capacity of 900Nm³/h, and finally prepares ultrapure hydrogen with a purity of up to 99.9999%, further improving the purity and yield of hydrogen.

This design effectively realizes the "squeezing out" of hydrogen raw materials in hydrogen-using factories, greatly improves the recovery and utilization rate of hydrogen, and contributes to significantly reducing economic costs and improving environmental benefits of hydrogen-using factories.
