Huafei Engineering-designed warehousing and logistics project has successfully passed the acceptance inspection.
Recently, the Wanxintai Warehousing and Logistics Project (Phase I), designed by our company, Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafei Engineering"), has successfully passed its final acceptance inspection. Located in the Petrochemical Industry Cluster Zone of Bohai New Area, Cangzhou, the project has a total investment of 355.6818 million RMB (approximately USD 50 million). The overall plan is divided into three phases, aiming to establish a safer and more reliable hazardous chemical storage facility dedicated to serving chemical enterprises within the industrial park.

As the pilot phase of the project, Phase I focuses on constructing two Class A warehouses, one Class B warehouse, and auxiliary facilities. To ensure the stable storage of hazardous chemicals, materials are classified and stored based on their properties—acute toxicity, corrosivity, oxidizing potential, flammability, etc.—while special safety protocols are implemented for high-risk substances (e.g., explosive precursors and highly toxic chemicals).Design highlights include:Automatic fire suppression systems,Gas Detection System (GDS),Closed-circuit television (CCTV) surveillance,Fire alarm system,Emergency ventilation systems,Cutting-edge thermal insulation coatings applied to exterior surfaces.For operational efficiency, the enterprise adopts a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline inbound and outbound logistics, enhancing warehouse productivity.
