The joint review meeting for the project of sulfur and iron resource comprehensive utilization for acid production with an annual capacity of 600,000 tons, which was designed by our company's Huafeng Engineering Design, was successfully approved.
Recently, the construction planning scheme for the 600,000-ton sulfur-iron resource comprehensive utilization acid production project of Cangzhou Hairen Ecological Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "this project"), which was designed by Hebei Huafeng Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafeng Engineering"), was successfully approved by the second joint review meeting of the 2026 year of the Hongcheng Industrial Park in the Hengqin New Area of Cangzhou. The joint review meeting was organized and hosted by the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of the Hengcheng Industrial Park Management Committee of Bohai New Area of Cangzhou, and invited the main leaders of the park's administrative approval bureau, development and reform bureau, investment promotion bureau, environmental protection bureau, emergency management bureau and other relevant departments, as well as the relevant applying enterprises and design units to attend.
This project is located in the petrochemical industry cluster area of Cangzhou Bohai New Area, with a total land area of approximately 100,051.42 square meters (equivalent to 150.08 mu), and a total construction area of approximately 19,484.79 square meters. It belongs to the C4200 waste resource comprehensive utilization industry project.

At this joint review meeting, the Huafeng Engineering Design Team presented a comprehensive and detailed report on the project planning and design scheme, covering aspects such as project overview, scheme description, economic and technical indicators, building and structure conditions, functional layout, fire protection and evacuation, and comparison of two versions of the effect drawings. In response to the professional questions and concerns raised by the leaders of each participating department in the park, the Huafeng Engineering Design Team provided one-by-one responses and explanations. Review conclusion: The leaders of each participating department in the park unanimously agreed to the planning and design scheme of this project.
The Huafeng Engineering Project Design Team conducted multiple rounds of pre-communications with relevant business supervisory departments before the meeting, reaching consensus on key technical issues in advance, laying a solid foundation for the smooth passage of the joint review meeting.
The fact that the Huafeng Engineering completed the planning and design scheme of this project and passed the joint review meeting is an important milestone in the project construction process. In the next stage, we will continue to strive, complete the subsequent design work efficiently and with high quality, and ensure that the project is legally and compliantly started as soon as possible.
