In order to gain a deeper understanding of the implementation of the construction drawing review system and promote the high-quality development of construction drawing review, Chen Bo, Deputy Director of the Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, and his delegation recently conducted research at the Construction Drawing Review Branch of the China Survey and Design Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Drawing Review Branch"). Wang Shuping, President of the Construction Drawing Review Branch, Liu Zongbao, Zhang Jun, Jiang Xueyi, Vice Presidents, and Hao Qingbin, Deputy Secretary General, participated in the research.
The research team conducted an on-site inspection of the workplace of the Construction Drawing Review Branch and the work of the reviewers, and listened to the report on the preparation of the research work on the implementation of the national construction drawing review system by the Construction Drawing Review Branch. The attendees also had discussions and exchanges on promoting the high-quality development of construction drawing review.
Chen Bo pointed out that since the implementation of the construction drawing review system, it has played an important role in ensuring the quality of engineering survey and design, eliminating engineering quality and safety hazards, and ensuring the safety of people's lives and property. We should carefully summarize the advanced experience of various regions, explore how to better play the role of construction drawing review, ensure quality, and hold the bottom line.
Chen Bo emphasized that the Construction Drawing Review Branch should fully leverage its own advantages, strengthen research, and focus on promoting high-quality development of construction drawing review from four aspects. We need to strengthen innovation driven development. Vigorously exploring the innovation of the review system, improving the system, further clarifying responsibilities, actively promoting reforms, and forcing design enterprises to implement their main responsibilities. Secondly, we need to promote digital development. Research the use of digital review methods to improve review efficiency, strengthen the combination of digital review and digital delivery of design products, and promote the digital development of the entire industry. Thirdly, we must promote the development of talents. Take effective measures to strengthen personnel training, attract outstanding talents, and enhance the abilities of reviewers. We must create a fair and orderly market environment. Give full play to the role of government guidance and industry self-discipline, strengthen market supervision, maintain good market order, and promote the establishment of a higher quality, more efficient, fairer, and more sustainable market environment.
