The National Survey and Design Master Exchange Event in Tianjin was successfully held
In order to better leverage the exemplary and leading role of high-end talents in the survey and design industry in Tianjin, on June 15th, the Tianjin Survey and Design Association, together with China Municipal Engineering North China Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "North China Institute"), jointly held the Tianjin National Engineering Survey and Design Master Exchange Event. Liu Fengqi, Chairman of the Tianjin Survey and Design Association, Wang Xiuwu, Secretary General, as well as national survey and design masters Liu Jingliang, Wang Junfeng, Xu Zailiang, Sun Mingxu, Yu Xingmin, Jiang Xianguo, Wang Changjin, Liu Xukai, Sui Mingjie, Ding Yongjun, Cao Jing, Gao Yusheng, Li Yanqiang, and others attended the exchange event. Zhang Xu, General Manager of North China Institute, Wu Baoli, Deputy General Manager, and the Chief Engineer of the company attended the event, which was chaired by Liu Jing, Minister of Science and Technology Quality Department.
Zhang Xu, General Manager of North China Institute, warmly welcomes and sincerely thanks the leaders of the association and all the national survey and design masters for participating in the event at the company. Zhang Xu introduced the basic situation, development history, "one horizontal and two vertical" strategic layout of China Municipal North China Institute, as well as the company's development in personnel training, green, digital, and integrated aspects. Zhang Xu stated that this event is of great significance for planning the green and high-quality development of the survey and design industry in Tianjin and implementing the high-end talent strategy of Tianjin's survey and design enterprises. Through communication between masters, I believe it can better drive the development of Tianjin's survey and design industry. Huabei Institute has always actively practiced the responsibility and accountability of central enterprises, firmly grasped the new development stage, implemented the new development concept, and constructed a new development pattern. We also hope to contribute more of Huabei Institute's wisdom to the construction of an ecological and intelligent Tianjin.
Chairman Liu Fengqi expressed sincere gratitude to all the masters for their long-term support of the association's work in his speech. Chairman Feng Qi pointed out that survey and design is an intelligence and technology intensive industry, playing a leading and soul role in the entire process of engineering survey and construction, and high-level talents are the key. The purpose of our national exchange event for engineering survey and design masters is to leverage their leading role in the field of construction, share advanced engineering concepts and practical experience, and play a greater role in promoting the construction of new cities, comprehensively improving urban quality, and achieving greater results. President Liu Fengqi stated that the association will always adhere to the concept of guiding enterprises to sort out and innovation leading development, promoting design enterprises to continuously increase investment in scientific and technological innovation, consolidating the foundation of technological innovation, fully leveraging the role of industry associations as bridges and links, and jointly improving the innovation capabilities of enterprises.
Zheng Xingcan, Chief Engineer of North China Institute, made a special report on the "Green Development Concept of Urban Water Environment Facilities under the Dual Carbon Strategy" based on his exploration and important achievements in promoting green and low-carbon development of municipal engineering, especially in water environment, over the years. The content of the report has received high attention and recognition from all national survey and design masters.
The atmosphere of the exchange activity was relaxed and lively, and the masters spoke one after another, expressing their opinions and proposing suggestions on the work mechanism of leveraging the role of masters and cultivating high-end talents. The masters unanimously suggest that we hope to use the platform of Tianjin Survey and Design Association to hold regular exchange activities, focusing on cutting-edge issues, innovative concepts and technologies, standards and specifications in various professional fields for discussion and exchange. Through activities, we aim to enhance cooperation and exchange among various design enterprises in Tianjin, strengthen the cultivation of high-end talents, and unite our efforts to promote the cultivation of high-end talents, create a design capital, and jointly promote the high-quality development of Tianjin's construction industry.
