The grand establishment meeting of the Engineering General Contracting (EPC) Branch of Tianjin Survey and Design Association was held
On the afternoon of September 26th, the inaugural meeting of the Engineering General Contracting (EPC) Branch of Tianjin Survey and Design Association was held at China Municipal Engineering North China Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. Qi Fuhai, Vice President of the Construction Project Management and Engineering General Contracting Branch of the China Survey and Design Association, Wang Qi, Vice President of the Construction Project Management and Engineering General Contracting Branch of the China Survey and Design Association, teachers and students, Deputy Director of the Tianjin Housing and Urban Rural Development Commission, Liu Fengqi, Chairman of the Tianjin Survey and Design Association, Wu Fansong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Municipal Engineering North China Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., Zhang Xu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China Municipal Engineering North China Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., and nearly 70 representatives from enterprises in the Tianjin engineering general contracting industry attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Wang Xiuwu, Secretary General of Tianjin Survey and Design Association.
At the meeting, Zhang Xu, General Manager of China Municipal Engineering North China Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., delivered a welcome speech, expressing the institute's vision of being the "most competitive international engineering company". The development of its general contracting business has received strong support from the Tianjin Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban Rural Development, the Construction Project and Engineering General Contracting Branch of the China Survey and Design Association, and the Tianjin Survey and Design Association, and expressing sincere gratitude. As the vice chairman unit of Tianjin Survey and Design Association and the supporting unit of the Engineering General Contracting Branch, we will provide full support for the development of the branch, further strengthen business contacts and learning exchanges with our member units, and jointly contribute to the development of our city's engineering general contracting industry.
Wang Qi, Vice President of the Construction Project Management and Engineering General Contracting Branch of the China Survey and Design Association and Deputy Director of the Project Management and Engineering General Contracting (EPC) Working Committee of the Tianjin Survey and Design Association, delivered a work report to the conference. However, there are also shortcomings in our work. We hope to gather consensus and forge ahead on the platform of the Engineering General Contracting (EPC) Branch in the future, and promote the high-quality development of our city's engineering general contracting industry.
The Secretary General of Tianjin Survey and Design Association, Wang Xiuwu, announced the recommended list of candidates for the President, Vice President, and Secretary General of the Engineering General Contracting (EPC) Branch of Tianjin Survey and Design Association. At the meeting, a show of hands vote was adopted, and the "Work Report of the Construction Project Management and Engineering General Contracting (EPC) Working Committee of Tianjin Survey and Design Association", "Management Measures of the Engineering General Contracting (EPC) Branch of Tianjin Survey and Design Association", and "Recommended List of Candidates for the President, Vice President, and Secretary General of the Engineering General Contracting (EPC) Branch of Tianjin Survey and Design Association" were unanimously passed. The first president of the Engineering General Contracting (EPC) Branch of Tianjin Survey and Design Association, Wang Qi, 11 leaders including Vice Presidents Wang Jiqing, Chen Yun, Yuan Aiqing, and Secretary General Dong Chen have been confirmed. Chairman Liu Fengqi, Vice Chairman Qi Fuhai, Chairman Wu Fansong, and General Manager Zhang Xu jointly unveiled the plaque for the Engineering General Contracting (EPC) Branch.
Wang Qi, the President of the Engineering General Contracting (EPC) Branch of the First Tianjin Survey and Design Association, stated in his speech that standing at a new starting point, the EPC Branch will always maintain a humble and cautious attitude, work hard and shoulder responsibilities, take every step of the way down-to-earth, integrate into the current development of the times, write a new chapter for the development of Tianjin's engineering general contracting industry, and contribute wisdom and strength to the development of the national engineering general contracting industry.
Vice President Qi Fuhai of the Construction Project Management and Engineering General Contracting Branch of the China Survey and Design Association congratulated the establishment of the Engineering General Contracting Branch of the Tianjin Survey and Design Association and the newly elected leaders in his speech. I hope that the branch will serve as a link in implementing national and local policies, fully leverage the leading role of engineering general contracting development, strengthen experience exchange among industries and internal enterprises in Tianjin, steadily promote the construction of project management and engineering general contracting talent pool, and strengthen investigation and research, information exchange, and experience summary in various industries, in order to create brilliance for the scientific, standardized, and international development of Tianjin's engineering general contracting industry.
The Engineering General Contracting (EPC) Branch of Tianjin Survey and Design Association will take this meeting as a starting point to continue promoting the healthy, sustainable, and high-quality development of the EPC industry.
