This acceptance was organized by Yingzhou Chemical, and participated by relevant units such as design units, construction units, and supervision. Leaders of the Petrochemical Center of the Hebei Provincial Emergency Management Department and relevant experts were invited to attend. The acceptance mainly focused on the quality of the installation project of Yingzhou Chemical's technical transformation of the adjacent nitrate workshop. Representatives of all parties discussed and evaluated whether the installation and quality of the project met the relevant standards and specifications, and whether it could be put into production as scheduled.

At the meeting, Lian Yongbin, Liu Lijie, leaders of the Petrochemical Center of the Hebei Provincial Emergency Management Department, and Cao Gong, an expert, listened to the introduction of the project by the person in charge of Yingzhou Chemical, and had in-depth exchanges with the design unit, construction unit, and supervision unit. They exchanged views on the problems found during the project construction, carefully reviewed the relevant materials and inspected the on-site conditions.

During the meeting, Lian Yongbin, leader of the Petrochemical Center of the Hebei Provincial Emergency Management Department, spoke highly of the project design documents, construction materials, and on-site construction quality. At the same time, it was emphasized that there were still some minor problems during the on-site inspection, and the construction unit and Yingzhou Chemical needed to speed up rectification to ensure the high-quality acceptance of the project and lay a solid foundation for the safe production and future smooth operation of the project.

Gao Dong, deputy general manager of Huafei Engineering, made relevant elaborations on the design scope, design basis, design principles, design organization and progress of the project, and emphasized that during the construction process, the design party has been actively cooperating with Party A and the construction unit, timely discovering problems, carefully analyzing problems and properly solving problems, and striving to make the project construction go smoothly, which has been unanimously recognized by Party A, the construction unit and the supervision unit. On behalf of Huafei Engineering, General Manager Gao said that it will continue to maintain its professional level and service quality, go all out to complete the subsequent work, and provide better technical support for the production and operation of Yingzhou Chemical.

After on-site data review and on-site inspection, the expected goals were achieved. The participants believed that the installation engineering quality of this project met the engineering construction standards and agreed that the project passed the installation engineering quality acceptance. Representatives from all parties expressed high appreciation for the professional level and service quality of Huafei Engineering, and expressed that they will continue to trust and support the business expansion of Huafei Engineering. The successful holding of this acceptance meeting not only laid a solid foundation for the production and operation of Yingzhou Chemical, but also injected new impetus and vitality into the cooperative relationship between Huafei Engineering and the enterprise.
