On August 28, 2023, the PSA hydrogen purification device expansion and transformation project of Ningbo Jinfa New Materials Co., Ltd. was successfully tested. The project was designed and supplied by Shandong Ftunex Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. The device has a production capacity of 8000Nm³/h. The project device uses propane dehydrogenation tail gas with complex composition and high processing difficulty as raw material. After the PSA device, it produces high-purity hydrogen with a purity of more than 99.999%, which is used as a hydrogen filling station for subsequent polypropylene devices. Compared with traditional processes, this device has the advantages of simple process and less pretreatment equipment.

From the start of the project in April to the successful trial run at the end of August, engineers from both sides conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the overall project plan and trial run promotion details. Engineers from Ftunex Environmental Protection worked day and night and always fought on the front line, overcoming many factors such as tight schedule, difficult construction, and complex environment, and worked intensively on site to ensure that the project was successfully started at one time and passed the performance assessment smoothly.
