At 5 pm on September 20, the first employee performance review meeting of Ftunex Group was successfully held at the Shanghai headquarters. The leaders of the group management department and a group of backbones of the group attended the meeting.

Dr. Xu Zhanjie, Chairman of the Group, affirmed the performance reports of the backbones. He said that the original intention of the Group's performance report conference was to share industry information and dynamics, grasp market changes and demands, and create opportunities for the company's development. He pointed out that the current domestic economic growth rate is slowing down, market demand is insufficient, and industry competition is intensifying. This is a fact and an opportunity. For start-ups, the smooth development of the industry has reduced the possibility of the company's take-off. Therefore, I hope that the backbones and employees at all levels of the company will be full of confidence and meet the challenges. In terms of KPI assessment and employee growth, Dr. Xu Zhanjie urged each department to establish more detailed assessment standards, accurately understand the strengths and weaknesses of department employees, cultivate potential employees, build a talent echelon for the company, and suggested that department personnel reports be included in the performance report conference; in terms of the implementation of affairs, he emphasized that we must work hard and implement it. Implementation is the first priority to ensure the completion of affairs. All departments must continue to promote the implementation and summarize and report in a timely manner. Finally, he emphasized that learning is a lifelong event. Different departments should learn from each other, and individuals should continue to improve. The backbones at all levels of the company should take the lead in promoting the learning style and let the high-quality talent team drive the company forward.

Wang Ming, general manager of the group, described the wonderful performance reports of the backbones as "having a plan in mind and light in eyes", and he felt very gratified.
