Recently, the trichlorosilane synthesis hydrogen adsorption system of the first phase of the 100,000-ton polycrystalline silicon project of Haidong Hongshi Semiconductor Co., LTD. 's silicon-based new materials project, in which our company, Shandong FTUNEX Environmental Protection Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "FTUNEX Environmental Protection") participated, has successfully completed the mechanical acceptance and is about to enter the feeding and debugging stage.

This project is located in Huzhu County, Haidong City, Qinghai Province. It is situated in a high-altitude, low-temperature and severely cold area, with a complex natural environment and severe construction conditions. Facing numerous challenges, the project team of FTUNEX Environmental Protection, relying on solid engineering experience and professional technical capabilities, scientifically organized and meticulously carried out construction. From equipment installation, pipeline construction, to air tightness tests and single machine debugging, they strictly controlled quality and safety throughout the process to ensure the orderly connection and steady progress of each link.
In terms of process design and equipment integration,FTUNEX Environmental Protection has adopted a 6-tower skid-mounted PSA device equipped with a rotary valve. The overall dimensions are only 3m×8.7m, featuring a compact structure and high integration. This significantly enhances on-site installation efficiency and fully demonstrates our company's professional capabilities driven by technological research and development and centered on customer needs.
Innovate processes to achieve efficient resource utilization
The core task of this system is to purify and refine the raw gas containing complex components such as HCl, SiH₂Cl₂, and SiHCl₃, to produce hydrogen with a purity of 99.99%, and to achieve efficient recovery of chlorides. To meet the customers' operational requirements of "low energy consumption and high yield", the technical team of FTUNEX Environmental Protection has adopted a process combining PSA and vacuum units to achieve efficient recovery and reuse of the desorption gas. It not only reduces operating costs, but also enhances resource utilization and decreases waste emissions, demonstrating our company's innovative strength in environmental protection technology and clean production.
