To ensure the smooth commissioning of the enterprise project and consolidate the lines of defense for work safety and engineering quality, Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafei Engineering") was invited to attend the special inspection meeting on "Three‑Check and Four‑Determine" organized by Hebei Yinghong Chemical Products Co., Ltd. Conducted in strict compliance with chemical engineering construction codes, this inspection fully identified and rectified potential hazards, and all inspection tasks have now been successfully completed.
The "Three‑Check and Four‑Determine" inspection strictly implemented the requirements for checking design omissions, construction omissions, unfinished works, construction quality and safety hazards. A full‑coverage and dead‑zone‑free inspection was carried out covering key areas including production units, process pipelines, safety facilities and supporting auxiliary systems. Adopting a discipline‑specific and zone‑by‑zone approach, Huafei Engineering’s inspection team cross‑referenced construction drawings, design specifications and safety standards to conduct detailed checks on construction quality, design completeness and project completion status, and accurately sorted out various problems existing in project construction.
For the problems identified during the inspection, our team strictly followed the "Four‑Determine" management principle: assigning rectification tasks, designated responsible persons, setting rectification deadlines and formulating rectification measures for each issue. We also tracked the whole rectification process and re‑verified the rectification results item‑by‑item to thoroughly eliminate quality defects, design oversights and safety hazards in project construction and effectively shore up weak links in engineering development.
This special inspection has effectively consolidated the engineering quality and safety foundation of the project and standardized the closing‑out procedures of project construction, providing solid support for the project’s smooth commissioning and safe production.
