On April 11, 2023, the first general meeting of the second session of the Beijing Construction Drawing Review Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Beijing Review Association") and the first meetings of the second board of directors and supervisory board were successfully held in Beijing. Wang Shuping, President of the Construction Drawing Review Branch of the China Survey and Design Association, was invited to attend.
The first phase of the membership meeting was chaired by the first Secretary General Liu Shan.
The meeting first listened to and approved the "First Council Work Report" by President Liu Zongbao, the "First Council Financial Work Report" by Vice President Liu Zunping, and the "First Supervisory Board Work Report" by Chairman Zhou Chunhao; Reviewed and approved the revised draft of the Beijing Construction Drawing Review Association's Articles of Association, the revised draft of the election method, and the revised draft of the membership fee standards and management methods; The second council and supervisory board of the association were elected; A new leader of the association was elected. The second phase of the membership meeting is chaired by newly elected Secretary General Hao Qingbin.

At the meeting, President Liu Zongbao, who was re elected, presented a "consultant" appointment letter to President Wang Shuping. The attending leaders and guests presented appointment letters and membership certificates to the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Association's Technical Committee; Member certificates and plaques were issued to member units and individual member representatives.
Subsequently, President Liu Zongbao first thanked all members for their trust and recognition in his inaugural speech, and especially thanked the leaders and guests for their help and support. He stated that based on summarizing past experience, he will continue to strengthen learning and communication to improve his abilities and state, fulfill his duties and responsibilities well. Regarding the future work of the Beijing Audit Association, he pointed out that firstly, it is necessary to optimize the organizational structure, build excellent teams, and enhance service capabilities; Secondly, we need to strengthen publicity and guidance, showcase brand image in multiple ways, and build a favorable development environment; Thirdly, we need to establish a platform for investigation and research, communication and interaction, consulting services, and innovative development; The fourth is to create a spiritual culture of "proactive, harmonious, striving for excellence, and pursuing the best"; Fifth, we must continue to do a good job in adapting, serving, and promoting reforms in all aspects, and build the industry's strength for healthy and sustainable development; The sixth is to focus on members and strengthen industry value recognition.
In her speech, Deputy Secretary General Wang Fengqin first expressed warm congratulations on the successful convening of this conference on behalf of the North Exploration and Design Association. She pointed out that since its establishment, the Beijing Audit Association has actively acted as an assistant to the government, providing strong support for policy formulation, quality inspection, and technical point preparation by government regulatory departments. It has been recognized by multiple parties and has set an example and benchmark among industry associations. She stated that in her future work, she will continue to explore ways and methods to better serve the survey and design industry with the Beijing Audit Association.
In his speech, President Wang Shuping first expressed warm congratulations on the successful convening of this meeting on behalf of the Construction Drawing Review Branch of the China Survey and Design Association. For the work of the Beijing Audit Association, he hopes that the new leadership team can continue to provide good services for the survey and design industry under the leadership of the competent department. Secondly, it can contribute more to the improvement of industry related systems and ensure quality control for the supervisory department. The third is to fully leverage its role and provide excellent learning and improvement opportunities for experts engaged in construction drawing review. The fourth is to continuously strengthen our own construction and make more contributions to the government, survey and design units, and ensure the quality and safety of engineering.
In his speech, Deputy Director Luo Wei first congratulated the successful holding of this conference, fully affirmed the work achievements of the Beijing Audit Association since its establishment, and put forward three hopes for the future work of the Beijing Audit Association: firstly, to enhance its political position and actively respond to reform challenges. I hope to not only be a good "reform propagandist", but also a good "guide" and "demonstrator" for reform. The second is to enhance work ability and effectively play a role. To be a good "staff" of the government and a "servant" of industrial development; We need to make precise efforts in building investigation and research platforms, communication and interaction platforms, consulting service platforms, and innovation and development platforms. The third is to strengthen industry self-discipline and enhance self construction. To establish and improve relevant systems and working mechanisms, and guide review agencies to conduct review work fairly and justly; Efforts should be made to strengthen internal management within the industry and standardize professional behavior; We need to strengthen our own standardization construction and further improve the scientificity and effectiveness of decision-making.
Director Zhou Xiaojie first fully affirmed the work achievements and results of the Beijing Audit Association in policy consultation, annual inspection and guarantee in his speech. Secondly, we would like to express our gratitude to all experts and colleagues for their long-term support of the quality and safety of survey and design. Finally, from the perspective of industry regulation, two suggestions and hopes are put forward for the association and its members: firstly, it is hoped that the construction drawing review industry in Beijing will become a pioneer and benchmark in the national construction drawing review industry. We require everyone to not only do their job well, but also have a sense of responsibility and accountability, leading the healthy development of the construction drawing review industry nationwide. Secondly, we hope that the construction drawing review industry in Beijing can serve as a good assistant to the management process of the housing and construction department, and that the Beijing Review Association and its experts can play a more important role in the formulation and implementation of standards.
