From January 14th to 15th, Zhu Wenjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China National Chemical Second Construction Group Co., Ltd., and Feng Junlun, Deputy General Manager and Chairman of the Labor Union, were invited to attend the main contractor symposium of Shandong Yulong Petrochemical Refining and Chemical Integration Project (Phase I) and provide guidance for the project.

At the main contractor exchange meeting of Yulong Petrochemical, China National Chemical Second Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was awarded the Outstanding Contractor of Yulong Petrochemical in 2023. Zhu Wenjun, as the representative of the Outstanding Contractor, made a speech and stated that we must serve the overall situation, allocate elite construction forces, vigorously promote the construction progress of the project, and achieve the goal of high standard CCCC; Secondly, we must strive for excellence, strictly control the quality of engineering construction, and achieve high-quality project performance; We must strengthen supervision, strictly control the safety of engineering construction, increase the investigation of hidden dangers, strengthen safety responsibilities, refine safety measures, and ensure the safe and smooth progress of project construction.

After the meeting, Zhu Wenjun had discussions and exchanges with various units and project leaders involved in the Yulong Petrochemical project, fully affirming the achievements of each project department in 2023. He also requested that each project department focus on and vigorously promote the first batch of start-up units such as the second series of refining and the first series of chemical engineering, manage operating costs well, and ensure the quality of project operation.

During this period, Feng Junlun conducted on-site inspections of various project construction sites and made arrangements for key tasks before the Spring Festival, overtime construction during the Spring Festival, and post Spring Festival resumption organization.

Feng Junlun put forward requirements in project safety management, quality management, material management, technical data and other aspects, requiring all project departments to attach great importance to on-site safety management work and strictly abide by the safety red line; Strictly control the welding quality of winter pipelines to achieve a successful start-up; Carry out material inventory and strengthen on-site civilized construction efforts; Coordinate the management forces of various project departments and make every effort to promote the progress of preparing pressure test package materials; Practice the concept of "promoting the market through construction in progress", achieve high-quality delivery of the Yulong Petrochemical Phase I project, and lay a solid foundation for the task contracting of the Yulong Petrochemical Phase II project.
