As autumn deepens and forests turn vibrant hues, colleagues from Ftunex Group across China embarked on a three-day team-building journey on October 12. Departing from Shanghai, Hebei, Hainan and other locations, they converged in Zibo, Shandong Province.

At 3:00 PM on October 13th, the annual conference of the Group titled "Unite Hearts and Minds, Break Through Barriers and Plan for the Future" was held in the banquet hall of Sheraton Hotel in Zibo. Six leaders delivered speeches in succession. Liu Ye, Deputy General Manager of Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafei Engineering"), reviewed the company's work achievements over the past year and proposed reflections and improvements. Ding Gaosong, Chief Engineer of Huafei Engineering, analyzed the current internal and external challenges faced by the Group and offered corresponding improvement suggestions. Huang Xiaoqiang, General Manager of Huafei Engineering, presented an annual project completion report, focusing on recommendations for project manager allocation and team building.

In his speech, Wang Ming, General Manager of  Ftunex Group, reviewed the previous leadership speeches and expressed gratitude to all employees for their perseverance and efforts under complex circumstances. He outlined five key initiatives for the group's next phase: 1) Deepen organizational reforms to enhance operational efficiency, optimize approval processes, and strengthen talent pipelines; 2) Integrate subsidiary resources, break down internal barriers, and enhance collaborative cooperation; 3) Expand platform partnerships to secure existing markets and overseas project opportunities; 4) Strengthen cost control to reduce project expenses by 10%-15% while maintaining quality standards; 5) Promote technology commercialization by organizing group patents, building a competitive technology system, and expanding into overseas markets in Southeast Asia and Africa.

In his concluding remarks, Dr. Xu Zhanjie, Chairman of  Ftunex Group, analyzed global economic cycles and the current energy sector landscape, emphasizing that the market contraction fundamentally stems from overcapacity. He urged stakeholders to maintain rational perspectives on external challenges while preserving confidence. The Chairman announced the imminent launch of the Group's self-developed catalyst and adsorbent products, which demonstrate significant performance advantages and cost-effectiveness, with targeted market promotion planned for next year. Acknowledging the Sales Department's achievements under economic headwinds, Dr. Xu encouraged continued efforts. He directed the Overseas Business Division to strengthen partnerships with Russia, Vietnam, and other regions, facilitating the global implementation of domestic expertise. Mr.Xu's speech offered strategic guidance for the group from a holistic perspective, charting a clear course for its development. We are confident that under his leadership and through our collective efforts, we will forge ahead with innovation and achieve new heights. The conference concluded in a pragmatic and vibrant atmosphere.

On the first morning of the tour, all participants arrived at Zibo's Zhoucun Ancient Commercial City. Guided by the tour guide, they strolled through the "Main Street" and "Silver Market Street," exploring exhibition halls showcasing Ming-Qing-era draft banks, traditional dyeing workshops, and the Scholar's Mansion. They immersed themselves in the immersive "Today's Tax-Free" parade performance. Walking along the cobblestone paths, visitors felt transported back to the prosperous era of the "Dry Dock," experiencing the down-to-earth charm of honest Shandong merchants. Throughout the tour, crowds kept flowing in, with people snapping photos, buying local specialties, and sharing laughter throughout the journey.

The next day, the team went to Mount Tai. On the way up the mountain, the stairs were steep and difficult to walk. They supported each other and encouraged each other to cross the steep slope and cheer each other up to dispel the fatigue. Even though they were drenched in sweat and their legs were sore, no one gave up easily.

Though the climb was challenging, the breathtaking panoramic views and profound sense of accomplishment at the summit filled everyone's faces with exhilaration and joy. The refreshing mountain breeze swept past, dispelling the fatigue of the journey. The group immersed themselves in the magnificent scenery, savoring the serene comfort and exhilaration of the ascent.

On the final day of the trip, the team arrived in Jinan and visited Baotu Spring and Daming Lake in turn. Strolling along the willow-lined lakeshore, admiring the ever-flowing spring water, everyone exchanged views and took photos in a relaxed atmosphere, feeling the profound heritage of Qilu culture and the beauty of natural scenery.

The Journey from Zibo to Mount Tai not only allowed employees to experience the beauty of nature and culture, but also strengthened team cohesion and a sense of belonging through shared experiences. Everyone once again felt the warmth and strength of the Ftunex family. Moving forward, all Ftunex employees will continue to uphold the corporate spirit, work diligently under the leadership of the group, unite in our efforts, create value for customers, and contribute to society.
