2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
Baoding Public Transport Corporation North Second Ring Bus Gas Station is located in Baoding City, Hengxiang Peking University Street and North Second Ring Road on the east side of the intersection of North Road North, was established in 2017, is a branch owned by the whole people, the person in charge of Liu Xilin, the current staff of 12 people. Mainly engaged in ethanol gasoline and diesel for vehicles two varieties. The project has 4 buried oil tanks, including 2 gasoline storage tanks, 2 diesel storage tanks, the volume of a single tank is 30m3, with 4 refueling machines and 4 refueling machines, gas storage cylinder group 6m3, 1 compressor, 2 refueling machines, a set of drying and metering devices, the station is a refueling and gas building website (this project only involves the refueling part), the grade is two, and the gasoline facilities are equipped with oil and gas recovery system. The land area of the gas station is 3806.26m2. The main building has a station building, which is a two-story building with a construction area of 347.6m2, a shed area of 624m2 (half of the projected area of the shed), and an equipment area of 300m2.
According to the relevant regulations of the state and Hebei Province and the evaluation contract signed by Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. and Baoding Public Transport Corporation North Second Ring Bus Gas Station, the evaluation scope is the general layout, process facilities, public works and auxiliary facilities, surrounding environment and safety management of the gas station in the North Second Ring Bus Gas Station of Baoding Public Transport Corporation.

In March 2018, Huafei Company established a project evaluation team and officially launched the evaluation work. The evaluators communicated with the stationmaster of the North Second Ring Bus Gas Station of Baoding Public Transport Corporation for many times to collect relevant information. They went to the scene to follow up the investigation and grasp the first-hand information data at the first time. During the evaluation process, the members of the evaluation team carefully analyzed and sorted out the relevant materials provided by the enterprise and collected on site. After solid and meticulous work, the safety evaluation report of the Hebei gas industry business license for this project was compiled in April 2018.
