2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
Baoding Huilong Gas Station is located in the south of Shouling Village, Mancheng District. It was established in 1999 and is a sole proprietorship. The person in charge is Li Zhanlong, and there are currently 4 employees. It mainly deals in two varieties of ethanol gasoline and diesel for vehicles. There are 5 directly buried horizontal steel oil storage tanks in the storage tank area, including 3 25m ³ gasoline tanks and 2 25m ³ diesel tanks. There are 6 refueling machines in the refueling area, which are arranged in double rows. The gasoline facilities are equipped with oil and gas recovery systems. The main buildings include station buildings, sheds, gas kitchens and power generation and distribution rooms. The station buildings are single-layer brick-concrete structures with a construction area of 270 m2, a shed area of 470 m2, a gas kitchen area of 12.6 m2, and a power generation and distribution room area of 35 m2.
According to the relevant regulations of the state and Hebei Province and the evaluation contract signed by Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. and Baoding Huilong Gas Station, the evaluation scope is the surrounding environment, general layout, process equipment and facilities, public works and auxiliary facilities, safety management, etc.

In September 2017, Huafei Company established an engineering evaluation team to officially start the evaluation work. The evaluators communicated with the station master of Huilong gas station in Baoding City many times to collect relevant information. They went to the site to follow up the investigation many times and grasp the first-hand information and data at the first time. During the evaluation process, the members of the evaluation team carefully analyzed and sorted out the relevant materials provided by the enterprise and collected on site. After solid and meticulous work, the safety evaluation report of this project was compiled and completed by the end of September 2017.
