2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
Laiyuan County Fulin gas station is located in Baoding City, Hebei Province, Laiyuan County, North Shifo Township, Shidaogou Village, investor: Chen Yanzhong. Business scope: ethanol gasoline, diesel. Laiyuan County Fulin gas station according to the operation and safety needs, to invest 450,000 yuan to the gas station in the existing station area for reconstruction.
The station has 2 10m3 gasoline storage tanks, 1 10m3 diesel storage tank, 1 210 m2 canopy, 3 double-gun refueling machines, and 1 single-gun refueling machine. According to the needs of operation and safety, it is planned to invest 450,000 yuan to transform the canopy and tank area and replace the refueling machine. After the transformation, the canopy is enlarged to 600 square meters. A car wash is built on the east side of the refueling area. The tank area is moved from the east side of the refueling area to the south side of the refueling operation area. The refueling machine and oil tank are updated. There are 2 10m3 gasoline storage tanks, 1 10m3 diesel storage tank, 3 double-gun refueling machines, and 1 single-gun refueling machine. The station building is redecorated. According to the "Code for Design and Construction of Automobile Fueling Station" (GB50156-2012) (2014 edition), the project is a three-level gas station. Mainly engaged in ethanol gasoline, diesel and other refined oil products.

Hebei Huafei Science and Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. was entrusted by Fulin Gas Station in Laiyuan County to evaluate the safety conditions of the gas station. Our company conducted an on-site inspection of the gas station, and verified the certificates and relevant materials provided by the station in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. It was confirmed that the station met the prerequisites for safety evaluation, and the next step of the evaluation work could be carried out. The two parties reached an agreement on the cost, progress and scope of the safety evaluation of the gas station, and signed a safety evaluation contract. Huafei Company established an engineering evaluation team and officially started the evaluation work. The relevant evaluators communicated with the technical personnel of the enterprise for many times and exchanged a lot of information. They went to the site to follow up and investigate the trial production situation many times, and first-hand information and data were obtained to compile and complete the safety condition evaluation report of this project.
