2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
Yingli Energy (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yingli Company") is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise invested and established by Yingli Green Energy International Holdings Co., Ltd. in Baoding National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Hebei, China, with a registered capital of 120 million US dollars. Baoding North Special Gas Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise specializing in the preparation (production) and distribution of special electronic gases, high-purity gases, standard gases and industrial gases. The company was established in September 2001 and is located in Baoding Private Science and Technology Industrial Park; covers an area of 20000m2, of which the building area is 5500m2; the original value of fixed assets is 8 million yuan, and the net value is 7.50 million yuan. Approved by Baoding North Urban Economic and Trade Bureau in April 2002, a production plant was built in Baoding Private Science and Technology Industrial Park. It was completed and put into operation in July 2003. The company's oxygen tank located at Yingli's gas supply station is the content of this evaluation.
The gas supply station is located in the North Plant of Yingli Energy (China) Co., Ltd. The North Plant of Yingli Energy (China) Co., Ltd. is located in the north of Baoding National High-tech Zone, adjacent to the North Third Ring Road, the West and Chaoyang Street, the South and Hengyuan Road, and the West and Sunshine Street. Yingli Energy (China) Co., Ltd. has built 12 production plants and 3 warehouses, supporting water supply and drainage, power supply and distribution, gas supply, office and other public facilities and auxiliary facilities.
The content of this evaluation is to provide three gas supply stations for oxygen, nitrogen, and argon to Yingli Energy (China) Co., Ltd. Other production facilities and storage facilities of Yingli Energy (China) Co., Ltd. are not within the scope of this evaluation.

In March 2015, Huafei Company established an engineering evaluation team and officially launched the evaluation work. The evaluators communicated with the engineering and technical personnel of the unit many times to collect relevant information. They went to the site to follow up the investigation many times and grasp the first-hand data. During the evaluation process, the members of the evaluation team carefully analyzed and sorted out the relevant materials provided by the enterprise and collected on site. After solid and meticulous work, the safety evaluation report of this project was compiled and completed.
