2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
The gas station in Pukou Township, Gaoyang County is located in Pukou Village, Gaoyang County. It was established in 1992 and is collectively owned. The person in charge is Cheng Yanhui, and there are currently 5 employees. It mainly deals in two varieties of gasoline and diesel for vehicles. There are 4 directly buried horizontal SF oil storage tanks in the storage tank area, including 1 gasoline storage tank of 20m3, 1 gasoline storage tank of 50m3, 1 diesel storage tank of 20m3, and 1 diesel storage tank of 50m3. There are 4 refueling machines in the refueling area, with double rows. The gasoline facilities are all equipped with oil and gas recovery systems. Covering an area of 1612 square meters, the main buildings include station buildings, single-story buildings (including finance rooms, business halls, power distribution rooms, station master rooms, etc.), sheds, auxiliary rooms, tank pools, station building construction area of 285.6 square meters, auxiliary room area of 25.48 square meters, shed area of 484.8 square meters.
According to the relevant regulations of the state and Hebei Province and the evaluation contract signed by Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. and the gas station in Pukou Township, Gaoyang County, the evaluation scope is the external safety conditions, general layout and construction (structure) of the gas station in Pukou Township, Gaoyang County. Safety conditions evaluation of buildings, process systems and equipment facilities (station buildings, tank areas, refueling areas and auxiliary facilities), public works and auxiliary works, safety management, etc.

In March 2018, Huafei Company established an engineering evaluation team to officially start the evaluation work. The evaluators communicated with the stationmaster of the gas station in Pukou Township, Gaoyang County for many times to collect relevant information. They went to the site to follow up the investigation and grasp the first-hand information data at the first time. During the evaluation process, the members of the evaluation team carefully analyzed and sorted out the relevant materials provided by the enterprise and collected on site. After solid and meticulous work, the safety evaluation report of this project was compiled and completed by the end of March 2018.
