2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
Shenzhou Chaode Renhe Chemical Co., Ltd. was established on March 19, 2008. It is a professional formaldehyde production enterprise with an annual output of 15,000 tons. The company's legal representative, Wei Zengli, is located in the east of Yewuzhai Village, Dafengying Township, Shenzhou City, covering an area of about 6300m2. The company currently has 16 employees, including 2 safety management personnel.
The company was designed by the North China Pharmaceutical Group Planning and Design Institute in 2007. After passing the completion and acceptance of safety facilities in 2008, it obtained the safety production license for the first time. Since then, it has carried out safety status evaluation every 3 years. The valid period of the safety production license applied for by the status quo safety evaluation is: April 28, 2017 to April 27, 2020. Certificate number: (Ji) WH Anxu certificate [2017] 110100.
According to the safety evaluation contract signed by Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. and Shenzhou Chaode Renhe Chemical Co., Ltd., the scope of this evaluation is: production facilities, storage equipment, public auxiliary facilities and safety production management of the 15,000-ton/year industrial formaldehyde project of Shenzhou Chaode Renhe Chemical Co., Ltd.

In October 2019, Huafei Company established an engineering evaluation team and officially launched the evaluation work. The evaluators communicated with the relevant personnel of Shenzhou Chaode Renhe Chemical Co., Ltd. for many times to collect relevant information. They went to the site to follow up the investigation and grasp the first-hand information data at the first time. During the evaluation process, the members of the evaluation team carefully analyzed and sorted out the relevant materials provided by the enterprise and collected on site. After solid and meticulous work, the safety evaluation report of this project was compiled in early February 2020.
