Hebei Xinquan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xinquan Company), formerly known as Hebei Xinquan Coking Co., Ltd., was established in March 2005 and changed its name to Hebei Xinquan Petrochemical Co., Ltd in November 2011. The company's domicile is located in the Nandagang Management Area of Bohai New District, Cangzhou. The legal representative is Zhou Rulin. The company type is a limited liability company. The registered capital is one thousand thousand thousand yuan. The company's business scope is the production of gasoline, naphtha, liquefied gas, diesel, wax oil, petroleum coke, fuel oil, petroleum asphalt, wholesale diesel, gasoline (only our products), heavy oil, lubricating oil, aromatic hydrocarbon oil, petroleum asphalt, chemical products.
Commissioned by Hebei Xinquan Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. has undertaken its major hazard assessment project. The scope of this assessment is the company's existing production facilities and storage sites, including the assessment of equipment and facilities that constitute major hazards, related safety facilities and monitoring facilities, and the safety management of major hazards.

In October 2019, Huafei Company established an engineering evaluation team and officially launched the evaluation work. The evaluators communicated with the relevant personnel of Hebei Xinquan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. for many times to collect relevant information. They went to the site to track the investigation situation many times and grasp the first-hand information data at the first time. During the evaluation process, the members of the evaluation team carefully analyzed and sorted out the relevant materials provided by the enterprise and collected on site. After solid and meticulous work, the major hazard source security evaluation report of this project was compiled and completed in early November 2019.
