Xintian LNG Shahe Co., Ltd. was established on April 2, 2014, located 200 meters south of the intersection of East Ring Road and South Ring Road in Shahe City, Xingtai City, with a registered capital of five thousand yuan and a legal representative of Ding Peng. The company type is other limited liability companies, and its business scope is: LNG (liquefied natural gas) clean fuel technology; liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage and transportation, sales, etc.
Commissioned by Xintian LNG Shahe Co., Ltd., Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. has undertaken its major hazard assessment project. The scope of this assessment is the company's existing production facilities and storage sites, including the assessment of equipment and facilities that constitute major hazards, related safety facilities and monitoring facilities, and the safety management of major hazards.

In December 2019, Huafei Company established an engineering evaluation team to officially start the evaluation work. The evaluation personnel communicated with the relevant personnel of Xintian LNG Shahe Co., Ltd. for many times to collect relevant information. They went to the site to track the investigation situation many times and grasp the first-hand information and data at the first time. During the evaluation process, the members of the evaluation team carefully analyzed and sorted out the relevant materials provided by the enterprise and collected on site. After solid and meticulous work, the major hazard source security evaluation report of this project was compiled in early January 2020.
