2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
Baoding North Special Gas Co., Ltd. is a professional company engaged in the preparation (production) and distribution of special electronic gases, high-purity gases, standard gases, and industrial gases. The company was founded in September 2001 and is located in Baoding Industrial Park (formerly Baoding Private Science and Technology Industrial Park). It covers an area of 20000m2, of which the construction area is 5500m2. There are production and operation of hazardous chemical devices in the factory area, as well as supporting tank farms, power supply and distribution facilities, and auxiliary facilities for water supply and drainage facilities. The construction structures include 1 plant, 2 warehouses, 1 industrial gas filling station, 1 tank district, office and auxiliary buildings.
According to the relevant regulations of the state and Hebei Province and the evaluation contract signed by Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. and Baoding North Special Gas Co., Ltd., the evaluation scope is the distribution of gases such as industrial gas stations, gas warehouses, and high-purity gas packaging in the factory area, excluding diborane and trimethyl boron synthesis units belonging to the production of hazardous chemicals.

In August 2017, Huafei established an engineering evaluation team and officially launched the evaluation work. The evaluators communicated with the engineering and technical personnel of Baoding North Special Gas Co., Ltd. for many times to collect relevant information. They went to the site to follow up the investigation and grasp the first-hand information and data at the first time. During the evaluation process, the members of the evaluation team carefully analyzed and sorted out the relevant materials provided by the enterprise and collected on site. After solid and meticulous work, the safety status evaluation report of the project was compiled in October 2017.
