2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
Tongda Gas Station, Xushui District, Baoding City, is located in the north of Consolidated Zhuang Village, Xushui District, Baoding City. It was established in 2002 and is a sole proprietorship. The person in charge is Dong Fuqi, and there are currently 8 employees. It mainly deals in two varieties of ethanol gasoline and diesel for vehicles. There are 6 directly buried horizontal steel oil storage tanks in the storage tank area, including 3 30m ³ gasoline tanks and 3 30m ³ diesel tanks. There are 8 refueling engines in the refueling area, which are arranged in double rows. The gasoline facilities are equipped with oil and gas recovery systems. The land area of the gas station is 987m2. The main buildings have a construction area of 330m2 in the station building and a cover area of 444m2.
According to the relevant regulations of the state and Hebei Province and the evaluation contract signed between Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. and Tongda Gas Station, Xushui District, Baoding City, the evaluation scope is the surrounding environment, general layout, process equipment and facilities, public works and auxiliary facilities, safety management, etc.

In February 2017, Huafei Company established an engineering evaluation team and officially launched the evaluation work. The evaluators communicated with the stationmaster of Tongda Gas Station in Xushui District, Baoding City for many times to collect relevant information. They went to the scene to follow up the investigation and grasp the first-hand information data at the first time. During the evaluation process, the members of the evaluation team carefully analyzed and sorted out the relevant materials provided by the enterprise and collected on site. After solid and meticulous work, the safety evaluation report of this project was compiled in March 2017.
