2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
Shuguang Gas Station in Mancheng District, Baoding City is located in Xihuan Strawberry Market, Mancheng District. It was established in 2002 and is a general partnership enterprise. The person in charge is Shan Hongbin and there are currently 8 employees. It mainly deals in two varieties of ethanol gasoline and diesel for vehicles. There are 9 directly buried horizontal steel storage tanks in the storage tank area, including 2 20m ³ gasoline tanks, 7 30m ³ and 1 20m ³ diesel tank. There are 6 refueling machines in the refueling area, which are arranged in three rows. The gasoline facilities are all equipped with oil and gas recovery systems. The main buildings include station buildings, sheds, and auxiliary rooms (idle boiler room, power distribution room, gas kitchen, and idle room). The station building is a three-story brick-concrete structure with a construction area of 546 square meters, a shed area of 1225 square meters, and an auxiliary room area of 249 square meters.
According to the relevant regulations of the state and Hebei Province and the evaluation contract signed between Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. and Shuguang Gas Station in Mancheng District, Baoding City, the evaluation scope is the surrounding environment, general layout, process equipment and facilities, public works and auxiliary facilities, safety management, etc.

In September 2017, Huafei Company established an engineering evaluation team to officially start the evaluation work. The evaluators communicated with the stationmaster of Shuguang Gas Station in Mancheng District, Baoding City for many times to collect relevant information. They went to the scene to follow up the investigation and grasp the first-hand information data at the first time. During the evaluation process, the members of the evaluation team carefully analyzed and sorted out the relevant materials provided by the enterprise and collected on site. After solid and meticulous work, the safety evaluation report of this project was compiled at the end of September 2017.
