The unit where the construction project is located is Anguo Jintong Borneol Co., Ltd., established in August 2011, with a registered address in Anguo Traditional Chinese Medicine Industrial Park. The legal representative is Xiao Yumin, with a registered capital of Lu Baiwan.
In September 2015, Anguo Jintong Borneol Co., Ltd. approached Hebei Huafei Science and Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huafei Company) to discuss the completion acceptance evaluation of the safety facilities of the company's 500-ton annual medicinal borneol project (Phase I Project). The object of this evaluation is the 500-ton annual medicinal borneol project (Phase I Project) of Anguo Jintong Borneol Co., Ltd. The main construction content of the project includes the production equipment, storage facilities, auxiliary production facilities, etc. The scope of this evaluation includes the production equipment, storage facilities, auxiliary production facilities and public works of the project, general plan transportation, plant site, safety management, etc. The product borneol is stored in the general warehouse of Hebei Jinmu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and is under unified management.

In September 2015, Anguo Jintong Borneol Co., Ltd. approached Hebei Huafei Science and Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huafei Company) to discuss the completion acceptance evaluation of the safety facilities of the company's annual output of 500 tons of medicinal borneol project (the first phase of the project). On October 17, Huafei Company dispatched relevant personnel to the project site for on-site inspection and collected relevant information on the project. The relevant personnel of our company conducted a risk analysis based on the collected information and believed that the risk of this project was within the acceptable range. The pre-conditions for the safety evaluation of the project were met, and our unit had relevant evaluation business scope. The personnel had relevant project evaluation experience and were able to accept the evaluation task. On October 20, 2015, Anguo Jintong Borneol Co., Ltd. and Huafei Company officially signed a safety evaluation technical service contract and officially launched the safety evaluation work. In November 2015, Huafei Company established an engineering evaluation team and officially started the evaluation work. After solid work, the completion acceptance evaluation report of the safety facilities of this project was prepared in December 2015.
