2. Introduction to the safety assessment project:
The design capacity of Gaoyangmen Station is 6.2 × 108m3/a and the design pressure is 10.0Mpa. The design capacity of Gaoyangmen Station is 1.04 × 108m3/a and the design pressure is 4.0Mpa. The design capacity of Xushuimen Station is 2.707 × 108m3/a and the design pressure is 4.0Mpa.
The project covers an area of 69,600 square meters, with a total construction area of 12,600 square meters. The construction content includes two production lines, as well as supporting tank farms, power supply and distribution facilities, water supply and drainage facilities, boiler heating facilities, compressed air and other auxiliary facilities. The construction structures include 2 workshops, 1 warehouse, 1 boiler room, 1 tank farm, office and auxiliary rooms.
According to the relevant regulations of the state and Hebei Province and the assessment contract signed by Hebei Huafei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. and Gaoyang China National Petroleum Corporation Kunlun Gas Co., Ltd., the assessment scope is the major hazard sources within the scope of Gaoyang China National Petroleum Corporation Kunlun Gas Co., Ltd.

In January 2016, Huafei established an engineering evaluation team and officially launched the evaluation work. The evaluators communicated with the engineering and technical personnel of China National Petroleum Corporation Kunlun Gas Co., Ltd. in Gaoyang for many times to collect relevant information. They went to the site for many times to follow up the investigation and grasp the first-hand data. During the evaluation process, the members of the evaluation team carefully analyzed and sorted out the relevant materials provided by the enterprise and collected on site. After solid and meticulous work, the major hazard assessment report of this project was compiled in May 2016.
